I doubt it but if you are a 2 then work on socialising/improving your body and health in general by working out and stuff like that and work on getting money. Most girls will fold if your a nice well mannered guy and got money. You need to get a woman emotionally invested in you and you'll have her.

Depends on what that means. Do you ever leave your house or are you out going and soical?

If you don't ever leave the house and you have nothing going for you then it will definitely be a lot harder because then you'll have to resort to doing it online and it's harder to establish an emotional investment on her part because she will probably judge you on your looks since everything is about first impression/looks online.
