the mistake falls on xukuumada Farmaajo iyo Kheyre who rushed the whole state process by bribing sheikh shaakir & shipping him off to Turkey to remain 4 awhile. I believe Hobyo is an ideal location for the capital of Galmudug. The capital status for Hobyo will allow for Galmudug’s local & diaspora community to invest in a coastal city competing alongside other major cities.

Bro we Sacads are actually very happy for our Ceyr brothers for having the Galmudug's Capital and also for becoming the next Galmudug President, its Beesha Salebaan who always wanted the Capital to be moved to Cadaado.
