The Oromos, Amharas, Tigrayans, and Us, we are the most madow on average. We just have a bit more of the loose timo genetics compared to them by random chance or maybe bc of their higher omotic. I can only speak for myself. I'm part of the minority of Somalis who don't look Black at all [yes we exist] and my culture is heavily Arab [food, clothing, mentality etc].

Arab is a broad cultural & ethnic label. If you're culturally Arabized and can speak the language [or have parents/grand-parents who speak Arabic] and have some Arabian ancestry then you're an Arab.
