My mother and father always go to this one specific farm/ slaughter house full of sheeps, goats, and cows and chickens but ofc it run by white group in countryside but when it comes to slaughtering they give their customers the right to kill their animal as long as they are paying for it. This is good because before they get to slaughter the meat my dad faces the animal towards the prayer direction in Islamic rule and say they Bismillah. anyway, if you do research on this,you will realise most of the meat you eat is haram, plus the animals you eat are factory farmed and abused, when they are killed it is not instantaneous or even in a Islamic way, for meat to be halal the jugular vein must be cut and blood drained from the animal instantaneously thats not how americans kill thier meat, also the machines are run by kuffar so it is also haram from that standpoint, the majority opinion is the name of Allah must be pronounced over it, and multiple shaficis I know take that opinion, in fact it is makroooh not to do tasmiyah over the meat even if you take the opinion it isn't obligatory

[1] The Shafi`is stipulate that the Christian whose slaughtered meat is permissible to eat is someone who has an uninterrupted Christian lineage all the way back to pre-Islamic times. If the Christian is of non-Israelite descent, then this needs to be positively established (virtually impossible in our times). If the Christian is of Israelite descent, then the conditions are less stringent.

I believe its haram and save up money or university, its possible to do, the only reason the imams I asked give is because the loan is actually riba but because u need it to get a degree it is daroora issue, but i disagree because u can work during the degree or before and take a gap year and save up enough money to pay it up, there are many people who have done it

Meat is only halal if it's cut by the ahlul-kitab so no you're not good. Best to only get it from halal shops

People saying meat in America is slaughtered by Christians or you don’t have to say bismillah is cope because they aren’t the only conditions. Most western meats that are produced by companies don't care about halal/kosher standards are the equivalent of roadkill. I mean sometimes they don't even cut the arteries in the throat so that they can keep the blood in the meat so that it has more flavor not to mention the fact that some slaughterhouses slaughter pigs and cattle/lamb in the same place with the same equipment.
