I thought that Muslims should go for kosher meat, if halal meat isn’t available, since it’s permitted.

Factory slaughtered chicken is debated whether it’s xalal to consume or not. Since we live in a country where there are no animals running around which you can slaughter yourself the Islamic way, sometimes we depend on factory slaughtered animals for hilib.

But these guys are talking about eating meat that isn’t islamicly slaughtered, or is the factory slaughtered meat halal?

In Australia I’d say 90% of our factory slaughtered meat is halal because they export it to the khaleej countries.The other 10% is just animals that didn’t bleed properly and are processed separately

I only get hilib from Halal meat shops. Whether the term halal is written on it or not you should still be careful.

Chicken beef etc are halal animals to eat for Muslims. I think you guys are talking about eating zabiha which refers to meat slaughtered islamically
