Your probably right. I didn't learn everything in my few weeks spent in that country (learned they called mixed ppl colored)lol. One thing I found out is that they r proud Africans and would fight u for saying their not. I'll respect them on that front of being the white Africans. I don't get behind them hoarding the county's wealth creating ghettos of blacks and "colored"

What about when White South Africans undergo genetic differentiation in South Africa, and carry mutations distinguishing them from their Dutch counterparts, rooting them in their respective region. Would you consider them African?

We've already differentiated into different 'races', so any apparent genetic differentiation that ends up distinguishing white South Africans from the Dutch, would necessarily not belong to any of the branches of the African genetic tree; it would be something else altogether.
Plus, it would literally take tens of thousands of years for this differentiation to take place.
