I recently found out that I'm lactose intolerant, but I never liked drinking milk, except in tea. On the other hand, I love Dutch cheese and eat it every day. Fortunately, the only noticeable effect on me is increased farts.

Don't forget a lot of Somali's grew up with their respective diaspora diets. Having the same dietary issues as the people they live around is normal.
