Ive met some Habeshas that look 100% Indian/Asian, you wouldnt be able to tell they are Africans.
Some that look Somali
Some that look mixed (black/white)
Some that look bantu.
They are not a pure race, heavily mixed.

i have never seen a Habeshas with HAIR better than that of a somali, we defo have better hair they are just lighter than us on average

Habeshas have ~70 % Somali-like DNA. Rest is Omotic and Yemeni.

Why are they skinny? I understand Somali physique is due to adaption to the hot semi-arid lands of Somalia for thousands of years, but given the fact that they're been agriculturists for thousands of years and are also shorter, shouldn't they be quite bulky?

I don't think they are skinny (muscle mass-wise), just average. Most of them are malnourished, Ethiopia and Eritrea are poor countries. In the West, they seem to have an average build.

The only populations with above average muscle mass are West-Central Africans and Polynesians. Maybe some Slavs possibly.
