We need to learn to work together to deal with this huge problem in Somalia and place the right clans for the right situation. When dealing with HG/ISAAQ utilize the langaab in our society for strategy/maskax and say koley u survived among us, tell us what these langaab are planning and give us qorshaha. @Teeri-Alpha I suspect the langaab who don't beg ama tuugsi survive using their brains. If I read sayidka I use a standard to follow what each clan is best for.

1. Dawladnimo
2. Did he praise your 'daaqsin' and not your 'people'? hence there is nothing special about your clan as a people your only environment is better
3. Warriors those who he trusts to Defend the nation
4. Intelligence, Gabay, Wisdom which indicates a higher intelligent people

He called us Boohaaro meaning he took note of our livestock which was extremely abudant in comparison to other clans. But with my personal family he left a gabay 'afarti duudo maaro loo waa' meaning he couldn't break this small brigade of boqortoyo soldiers which my second 'awoowe' was apart of in duudo. He basically said that was strong division of the Boqor Osman army.

But as a clan and people he just said we have numerous livestocks and nice territory nugaal valley and he blessed us to increase it more. So that means we are better of as citizens and we are semi decent as SOLDIERS because we were apart of the brigade he found so much trouble with in Duudo. So my clan rank in Somalia will be just be citizen, xoolahaga badso and possibly a good SOLDIER.

So I can navigate between citizen/soldier level in Somalia which is exactly the case right now for my clan. Ciidaanka waan ku jirna iyo citizen caadi ah baan uu badan nahay. I think it's not because hawiye is not somali. They were already under the Omani/zanzibar who were allies to the ottoman so the sayid didnt want to disturb another potential ally state. Where-as most northern somalia had no administration besides BOQOR OSMAN. So the tug of war began between boqorki and sayidka. Sayid went west to Isaaq.
