If I look back.
Women tend to copy each other more.
And stand out less.
Some men do the same.
But men are more innovative.
Men tend to come up with new ideas etc.
I hardly ever see women do innovative things.
They are the best in applying things and copying them.

Just because people 'stereotypically' associated it with masculinity, doesn't make it a masculine trait. Your study, pretty much indicates this as well.

Just because people 'stereotypically' associated it with masculinity, doesn't make it a masculine trait. Your study, pretty much indicates this as well.

Yes but negating the past since men are women are on equal terms now. Even in projects I worked at in Uni I never noticed anything innovative from my female partners.
