Are men allowed to show emotion in society?

Whenever a man gets emotional or starts to cry, society often times views him as weak.

Women might view him as a beta male, and might to start feel unattracted them.

However, social media is pushing for men to become more "emotional" but society punishes men when they are. Which is why men have 3-4x higher suicide rates then women, especially near their 50s.

We are different I'm nature. Boys are more energetic, geneticly stronger,. We have different genetics and our body's are built differently. Men are naturally less emotional but environment could change that
