Definitely looks, the only time personality is a deal breaker is if she's whiny or just straight out rude and b*tchy. Which is not common. To me they're both just as important but one is more rare so that one is what I value more. It's easier to first look for a good looking girl and then find out if she has a good personality. All these people saying looks aren't a dealbreaker are capping, if she was butt ugly they wouldn't even consider.
