It wont be replacing anything not until it's fully institutionalized by the somali government and made the primary official language, at the moment youngsters learn it in school but arent very fluent. And even then it'd take hundreds of years because somalis would still informally use the language, there isnt a heavy cultural/ethnic arabic presence in the country.
