I don't support foreign bases in the Fatherland. Somaliland should strive to be neutral in its dealing with other countries, we should engage with everyone from the Israelis to the Iranians to the Kurds to the Arabs and the Turks. Solely aligning yourself with one nation is a foolish thing, but I understand as an unrecognized state we don't really have much of a leverage.
