Yemenis are hard workers who dont resort begging and all have businesses.

Yeah the men hold newborn babies and the women beg on their ones here. They all share the same account number, its like an organised network like a user here said. You'd think you're helping 3-5 different people but you're actually sending it all to the same account if you check

Sahib they are poor People. Give them what you can. I highly doubt they will beg if given the opportunity to work. Remember they are aliens in your lands so be nice and never forget how the West hosted your sorry ass when you was refugee.

My awowe worked as a fisherman for the west and thats how he got citizenship during the colonial period. My family never took handouts and payed taxes Alxamdulilah, its not bad wanting the same for the refugees in my city

Syrian? how did they get to Somalia? I only thought there were Yemeni refugees in Somalia since we are so close to each other.

Most came as cheap Labour for Turkey n Qatar (undocumented) biggest number came with somali refugees fleeing Yemen, those who lost residency in arab nations or moved here together with their somali neighbors fleeing Syria.

Since the begging syrians don't have syrian or turkish/qatari even ordinary UNHCR documents proving their refugee status they don't receive any help from UN or NGOs, Arab league & EU consider them a turk & Qatari problem for bringing them over dumping them in Somalia without documents just like the syrian refugees who showed up in Lybia and Yemen

Syrian have contributed alot we are grateful for boosting PL health sector with dental facilities in most towns, employed as doctors or have their own practices for ex, boosted our agriculture sector their expertise,the private sector gained from new small businesses/small factories these are just some of the benefits of syrians living in PL (those with proper documents) who came years ago earned to become residents of PL with full rights unlike the ones turksom brought!!

Brought by who? Where is your evidence? People just lie like its nobodies business on here. They travel around looking for support, most travelled from the levant to Sudan to Ethiopia to Somalia. They all end up in Mogadishu because people actually help them and they are many. I made a thread about this before.

These poor Syrians are mostly in Mogadishu and have been congregating there because according to them there is more money and opportunity there. There are many videos of them online.
