I just love the euphoric feeling you u get after a gruelling work out, the dopamine rush can be rather addictive try it, after a really good painfully sore work out you feel exceedingly happy I have this haunting smile that never disappears I just feel soooo uplifted. My abs are beginning to show as well which is a bonus for my self confidence !! I have been in this sad damp soggy country for 16 years I migrated from the Netherlands !!

I'm very intuitive, I guessed correctly.

I've been to the gym, I just lose
Interest and than I go back.

I love the rowing machine the best,
I'm going to start back up this week

Do weights !! My arms are getting stronger my legs and abdomen as well. You will soon love the gym :) I feel so fit, you can eat more as well

How many calories do you eat a day?

I'm currently doing a clean eating
regime For a 7 days.

I'm trying to grow my Hair longer.
And the protein rich Diet is good
for it.

Tbh I eat what I like I burn 500 calories per session sometimes 700 if I'm really pushing myself, I go three times a week :), my hair is awful and short keep breaking as well I don't care anymore lol

Make a 1-2 eggs depending on how
Much hair you have, 2 table spoons
Of honey and olive oil hair mask.

Apply 1 once a week and you will
See a improvement! It will need
To say on your hair a few hours,
2 at minimum.

Those are good figures to burn off,
I did 1,000 on a treadmill alone one
Day lol

I will try I want my hair to grow as well but it keeps bloody breaking aaah I cut it then it breaks again omg what vicious cycle
