i'm interested in making something similar to this. I want to start using green wraps instead of bread in my meals. I want to decrease the amount of carbs in my diet. Anyone know where to find huge green wraps in MN? (preferably in Minneapolis) I can't seem to them in grocery stores at all anywhere in MN

Not in MN, but probably somewhere like Whole Foods in the veggies aisle. They should definitely be carrying them, lots of people eat collard greens.
