Anyone had their gallbladder removed?

I have a stone in there and it hurts more when I avoid fats weirdly enough

That's because it's not emptying. Gallbladder requires fat to contract and empty the bile it stores. The problem is you can't touch fat because that will aggravate it but at the same time avoiding fat means it will not empty properly, and the bile will just sit there and after long enough, it'll turn into stones. It's catch 22 and it's fucking annoying!

My brother's was removed 5 years ago. He seems fine to me.

ask him if he can work out and ask him about his diet? also what's his age?
