I’ve noticed it’s typical for Somalis to have uneven facial skin tones. Some parts of their face tend to be darker or lighter than other parts

I know it’s common with black people, but I notice it ALOT in Somalis

i noticed it too, including on cadcad reer xamars
it's on the body too (well this might just be from lack of exposure = less melanin)
it's just hyperpigmentation like @Desert Flower said
