I feel you. Sometimes you just need a lil mental break from the hustle n bustle. Got us calling in like I aint had diarrhea for the umpteenth time.

Believe it or not, but staying at home is the best thing for both you and the business.

If you went in to work, you could spread whatever you have to your colleagues, leading to lots of people taking days off.

If you're ill, you shouldn't feel guilty at all.

Don't feel guilty, a work contract is transactional - if you can't work then don't.

I remember finding out a coworker died. 2 days after his death I was shaking the hand of his replacement.
