you a grown adult how they forcing you just say no ?medicine. I finished my associates in the US. I’ll get a medicine degree in Kenya inshallah and take the boarding exam for whichever country I want to work at. Thats what my dad said. You have to realize I would rather stay where I’m at but my parents are forcing me go to Nairobi
Waryaa if you are getting a bachelors degree only then you are better off doing it in the US. Use the federal student aid and make good decision like don’t live in campus dorms, start at a cheap college/university and transfer later to finish your degree. And whatever you do, don’t take a loan.
You don’t get the headache of trying of find a job with untrusted degree from Kenya
We should look at a city like Nairobi, Addis Ababa etc and be ashamed of our cities in Somalia. We should learn a lesson or two, rather than qabalism, separation and in fighting. Look at Mogadishu and hargeisa, both cities stuck in medieval times where roads (are they even roads?) become like oceans when rain arrives, no sewage system, not even a functioning traffic lights, and so on. I could carry on and on.
When will somalia move into the modern era? The answer remains to be unseen.
im assuming u live in somalia? It’s not dhaqan celis tho. My parents want me to get a degree there. But if the living conditions are ass im not trynna go
that includes riba doesnt itIf your family cannot afford to pay tuition in the US, you most likely are eligible for student aid and could go to a state university with all tuition covered.
