Some men are lost and insecure as they’re living in a world in which men are no longer valued merely for their provision and protection. What I’m saying might sound controversial, but the reality is that in human history, men en-masse have never really had to appeal to women’s sensibilities until now. An average man was able to get a wife solely on the fact that a woman would have needed a husband to survive. An abusive, unhygienic man would be able to find a wife and keep her until death precisely because well…..survival. Must be really hard to have to finally have to have a woman like you to marry you.
This is just one small part of the issues that is increasing men’s love for figures like Tate. Don’t get me wrong, there is a crisis of masculinity and men do need their own spaces ect.

Also, why is it that a lot of the solutions seems to be hinged upon the idea of taking away the new found rights of women? Supposedly, women having the right to education and jobs is making men feel as though they’re now in competition with women?
I’m not a man so I can’t understand, but men’s crisis is very much intertwined with women being independent from what I’m reading or maybe there is more to it? hence due to this, a lot of men will find it difficult to find sympathy from women.
In saying that, I do believe that young men do need their own spaces to pursue things they feel is masculine.
I don’t know, it’s a difficult one. It’s crazy that a good % of men are well adjusted and fine but there is a lot that can’t.
