Honestly am not even mad that I didn't learn Somali sure i was sad by it but it doesn't bother me since my Somali relatives lived in the gulf and speak Arabic. In this instance if I didn't know Arabic I would only communicate in English with my Somali family but their Arabic and Somali is more stronger that's what they're more comfortable in speaking infact they speak Arabic more

There has been back and forth migration between Puntland and the Arab world for centuries. So you have tribes in Oman who are paternally Somali but have Omani Arab mothers who now look fully Arab and have been absorbed.

Figure out if one of the parents is a coon. Having a mixed child and raising them in a non black environment surrounded by racist people is sus.
