Just like @RaeSrEm said. In america you're either black, white, hispanic, asian or middle eastern. No such thing as east african, west african, caribbean etc. Somalis will always be lumped with blacks. Does that mean we should desperately try and fight off these labels or fight other blacks? No, that will just makes us look like coons. Somalis were never slaves, but that doesn't mean we can't benefit from the white people apologizing or extort them. Somalis will identify as black when they stand to gain. It's the most logical conclusion.
