The Dems just got karbaashed in a Southern Texas district thats overwhelmingly Tejano/Mexican/Hispanic and historically dominated by Dems
Trump flipped Tejanos, he improved Republican dominance with Cubans, and Puerto Ricans outside of the tristate area are probably mostly Republican. Why?
The Hispanics are turning Republican for different reasons depending on their correlating with ethnic origin, religion, class, etc.
@AbdiFreedom might say identity politics failed but I think the reality is more complex and in actually Republicans do identity politics especially in the South because tribal politics works as long as you make the right tribal appeal
There are other factors like religion, class, etc. The most important item is there very few Latinx, which Biden mispronounced like kleenex
