Well the visa restriction targets those who the US "believed to be responsible for or complicit in undermining the democratic process in Somalia, including through violence against protestors, unjust arrests or intimidation of journalists & opposition members & manipulation of the electoral process."

Unjust arrests or intimidation of journalists and opposition members (again Farmaajo the word opposition is key here and also the tons of journalists that were arrested 2021 alone during the election disputes for simply even reporting on it)
And manipulation of the electoral process which was first done by Farmaajo long before Rooble took control of election process and that’s actually the reason he took control in the first place after Farmaajo manipulation and perverting the process.

Of all the thing the US listed as to why they are issuing the visa restrictions only Farmaajo is guilty of every single condition.

The US also issued this statement saying they admire Rooble leadership AFTER they issued the visa restrictions. The visa restrictions clearly targeted N&N although I believe Rooble is no better

My guess is it will be Farmaajo, Fahad , and Madoobe sanctioned. Madoobe will be sanctioned through no fault of his own. The Gedoians are making sure there will be no selections in Gedo which will disrupt Jubbaland in turn. Exactly their harsh words cannot be twisted. Only Farmaajo is guilty of the things they listed as to why they are implementing the visa restrictions. You CANNOT twist that. It’s in plain English for all to see. They praised Rooble by name after saying they issued visa restrictions lol it’s obvious to anyone with an IQ above room temperature the target of the visa restrictions are Farmaajo, Fahad , and their N&N lackeys.

unless you’re about to say it was Rooble who was harassing the opposition even though he IS apart of the opposition Or that Rooble was the one who ordered the attempted murder of protestors in Mogadishu last year even former PM Kheyre found himself almost being one of the potential victims that day thanks to Farmaajo bullets.
