Terrible situational awareness leads to careless passing, no man marking and terrible passing. My observations so far.

The little short passes aren't even coordinated, they always assume the other player knows where they intend to pass the ball.

New manager is needed. They should have practiced some plays in these positions. Ball possession is key in any game!
