This should scare you and make you do some introspection. Do you really want to be in a religion where Al Shabab and you have something in common? Nah Islams not a factor at all. Even AS existence has nothing to do with Islam,perse. It's based on greed, money, power...common human vices. Been there, done that. Came back to it a year later. Im never leaving it again. I'll practice my beautiful peaceful version and encourage others to do the same. I can do more good inside than out.

I would say common base desires serve as the vehicle since that's what drives them. Everything else is just used to deflect from how shitty people can really be
