Where I am at we do not associate with West Africans namely Nigerians and Ghanian's and Ethiopians at all. We instead have relations with Yemenis, North Africans, Eritreans, South Asians (Pakistanis/Bangladeshis etc not Indians) & of course the wider world outside that.

Yes. We are surrounded on all fronts unlike American Somalis who have states to themselves so don't fault us.

Your relative is wrong. Somalis and other Horners are basically one here due to cultural reasons as we understand each other without effort, live in same suburbs and have business next to each other in Horner centric areas.

Unless if he’s talking about other Africans. It’s rare to come across one except South Sudanese. West Africans live in distant established suburbs and stick to themselves.

Wallahi it’s not about interaction brother cause even in my state we rarely interact but as far as feelings toward us . I don’t think we hate each other nearly as much cause i wouldn’t be questioning it on this forum wouldn’t they have made it obvious
