I mean we can scream "dats racist" all we want but how do we explain why all of Africa is underdeveloped, and majority of African countries lack basic social amenities? I am listening if anyone wants to try.

IQ is directly correlated with HDI and poverty levels. People then stupidly believe the poverty is caused by IQ levels rather than the other way around.
