I'm afraid it's just a fact. What's there to be mad about? We also have clear archaeological evidence that the earliest Cushites who entered the Horn around 3000 BCE also kept dogs as they make this quite apparent with their cave paintings and most likely their burial sites too if one looks closely.
I don't care what ancient somalis did! I'm a 21st century comfort loving somali. We don't have to rely on dogs for anything anymore, we are not caveman.
According to a study from the Center For Disease Control (CDC)
1,
approximately 4.5 million dog bites occur in the United States each year, and 800,000 of those bites result in medical care. The U.S. population was approximately 328.2 million people in 2019. That means a dog bites 1 out of every 73 people.
There are an estimated 500,000
dog bites a
year in Canada, and three-quarters of the victims are children under the age of 10. Most of the
bites are inflicted by pets that belong to family and friends – and they are often warning nips.
Is this what you call mans best friend?
The Bedouin would honor them enough to let them into their tents. It is not xaram to keep dogs, saxiib. Just to pray without ablution once they've licked you. It's also xaram to pray without ablution after touching your wife sexually. Will you refrain from having a wife as a result?
Do not compare a wife to a dog!
