Mate, the problem arises when a female who is raped gets pregnant from that rape, if the rapist didn't admit to his crime, she is not allowed to present to a Sharia court a DNA and a doctors evidence, but she is required to produce 4 witnesses to the rape taking place or she will be charged with committing zina and lashed in public after she gives birth. How on earth does Allah made life easy for that victim? Modern technology has advanced and there is no way that 4 men will watch a woman being raped. We Somalis push abstinence only education programs which starts from the house and all the way to the religious quraan schools. But it isn't working because abortion in our communities is very high and became a "form of contraception".
