Ibn Hibban narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “If a woman prays her five (daily prayers), fasts her month (Ramadan), guards her chastity and obeys her husband, it will be said to her: ‘Enter Paradise from whichever of the gates of Paradise you wish.’”
Ibn Majah (1853) narrated that `Abdullah ibn Abu `Awfa (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When Mu`adh came from Syria, he prostrated to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who said, “What is this, O Mu`adh?” He said, I went to Syria and saw them prostrating to their archbishops and patriarchs, and I wanted to do that for you. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Do not do that. If I were to command anyone to prostrate to anyone other than Allah, I would have commanded women to prostrate to their husbands."

% was gonna say the men do lead out of principle of providing for the family, but the women have their own responsibilities delegated to them! marriage is an agreement between the two parties and they should help each other by fufilling their responsibilitiesSimilarly the spouses each have their own rights including good treatment and respect and bedroom activity. The wife obeys the husband so that the house runs smoothly, because governance of the house is delegated to the wife, but the woman is of a high status in this relationship highlighted by the word {قَوَّامُون} used in the quran ayah
