Meles Zenawi, a Tigrayan, is the the one that appointed that genocidal Somali in charge of the Ogaden and let him kill his own people. Tigrayans support anything that would weaken Oromos and Amxaras but they're as expansive as the latter. I don't think they'd let Ogaden go free, no way. Otherwise Zenawi would have at least taken initiative of freeing the Ogaden but he's only done the opposite of that. We have no allies in Ethiopia.
