The only thing I found strange about PL/JL is why have they not learned to master this art of urban warfare, there is no way this guy will fight according to your style outside the city gate like two militaries.

The biggest mistake Abdillahi Yusuf did was when he allowed sacad to resettle baraxlay, he needed to advise them to keep they're weapons outside of the city and in 'bandiradley'. This would've allowed PL to create a border outside Galkacyo and ensure SACAD cannot use the old urban warfare tactic, they would keep the war outside the city hadu sacad soo duulo, which they know they wouldn't since they know outside bandiradley and galkacyo is 'open' space.

Depends if your in old kismaayo calanley, Farjano, Fanoole, Sinai, those r pretty mixed
There are areas where you have more of a certain clan those are South neighbourhoods being mainly kabala and northern neighbourhoods being Sade
