Obviously puntland is tied to the whole country. Sadly no where in somalia has any meaningful development since we've been stagnant waiting for the country to pull itself together specially the south. This meant no international investment no world bank loans for major projects.
Let's not pretend puntland or somaliland could do wonders since the whole country didn't have a established government that can bring forth meaningful growth.
With what we had I think we've achieved a considerable amount. Which we all know. Law and order been a major one.
Let's not take away anyone's achievement that wont serve any purpose.
