I feel sorry for whoever has to interrogate/question and process them. Also, is Caare part of the SNA or has he gone off on a tangent, ie, for his own desires???
If they join the SNA, hopefully some will be trained by Turkey, as integration and a form of reconciliation, to show that they we are one people

To pay the salaries of such a large numbers of troops requires external funding. He has the backing of the Somalia Gov.

He is. There is no reason for the federal Gov and Caare army to fight as they don't operate in the same areas, so there is very low chance of that.

IS and AS is a Puntland problem although both of those groups IS and AS are killing each other now so Pland doesn't even have to lift a finger. Caare army will only fight mamuulka Somaliland for now.

IS and Al shabab is not a big problem in the north it is localized to few pockets and they are currently killing themselves. Air bombing is necessary only in places where they are strong like in the south.
