The only good part of your post is that you at least acknowledge sexual assault is a global issue something that every society and culture around the world grapples with.
Where you go wrong is in claiming that the Somali state sponsored rape. That’s a baseless accusation. Before the civil war, rape in Somalia was rare and severely condemned.

Despite the attempts to politicize isolated incidents, the consistent public outrage and demands for justice that follow each of these cases tell a different story, that rape is not tolerated and there is no widespread culture that protects or excuses it.
Also, I’ve pointed this out before sexual violence in armed conflict is a global pattern, not something unique to Somalia or its people. It has happened throughout history, in every region.

Look at the recent war in Ukraine:
So again, these horrors are not uniquely Somali. They are a result of lawlessness, the collapse of state institutions, and armed conflict not everyday cultural norms. Wartime sexual violence is a documented tactic of war, often used deliberately to terrorize, humiliate or displace populations. It occurs when there is a vacuum of accountability, not because the society inherently condones it.
And finally, what’s with this fixation on using Indians or “Hindi” people as a punching bag or cultural slur? Rape isn’t an Indian specific problem. Every society, including Western nations, faces it. So why drag them into a discussion about Somalia? It comes across as deflection and projection rather than serious critique.
Also, if you’ve spent any time around South Asian societies, you’ll notice that these incidents are often buried or quietly brushed aside. They rarely spark the same kind of widespread public outrage or communal condemnation that we consistently see in Somali society. That contrast actually says something about societal awareness and intolerance toward such crimes not the reverse.
