If there's one thing I've realized from my reading about history is that while there's a huge amount of factors that go into a country developing. Pouplation is without a doubt number 1. If your country is too small then you won't be raise the money to invest in infrastructure and technology to increase your economic growth . If your Pouplation is too large then it becomes very difficult to govern since you need a large bureaucracy and that increases corruption.

PL has met medical assistance for its wounded with the construction of the military hospital and the various field hospitals, as for the tahriib, i believe you have us mixed up with SL and konfuur, there’s a lot of tahriib going on down there,

The gdp per capita is like I said extremely deceptive. Most of Djiboutis wealth comes from port fees which are easily monopolized bybthe ruling elite.

Also a 4k gdp like Djibouti. Is still incredibly poor becuase they only have a million people. So their economy is only about 4 billion. The countries that you see that have a 4k gdp and look semi decent have like 30/40/50+ million people and this means they have huge economies .

The parents still pay a huge amount of the costs. They're literacy rate is also extremely low when you consider they have double Kenya's gdp per capita and a 90% urbanization rate.
Also I think its like only half of the pouplation goes to middle school.
