The former Prime Minister of Malaysia, Najib Razak, along with Chinese Malaysians (they control Malaysia's economy and the rest of SE Asia) stole ~$4.5 billion USD from a Malaysian development bank that was meant for the people

You have to think about how the money would've been used. It would've done double digit billion dollar work as it exchanged hands and trickled throughout the economy.

This rat and Najib Razak looted the nation on a different level. Najib managed to destroy the leadership of the country, and so, allowed for the famous stateman Mahathir Mohamed to return. To get prospective of this, its like having "George Bush" back in 2021

12 years in prison and a 200 Million fine is minor in compared to damage done, Malaysians hate his ass so much, and it has shown in the election, his party lost the majority they held since they got independence.
