This conflict will happen with the new president and every president after him. Why ? Becuase federalism was only meant to be a temporary solution. But anytime a fgs president tries to move beyond this solution which everybody agrees was supposed to be temporary all the member states put aside their grievances and team up to oppose the fgs because at the end of the day no federal member state will put the interests of somalia above their personal intrest.
