Nah, he could be telling the truth. He is of the Rahanweyn clan and they don't test as much and their diaspora is smaller. @Ebifurya
I also hear that ethnic Benadiris have low amount of cousins on 23andme as they have been procreating in an isolated kind of way from other Somalis for a few centuries.
