When the comments are directly referencing libya where the girl getting abused IT IS VICTIM BLAMING .If the comments were just a general remark on issues it wouldn't be . It's being used to triivalize the issue are you saying this thread wasn't made as a response to the video?

Nobody cares about the OPs intention. Also, nobody is victim blaming. You should focus on her points rather then attacking her as a poster. Somalis who cry about the suffering in Libya should also cry when a Somali from another qabiil kills another Somali. The same folks who celebrate and glorify their clan war criminals are the same ones crying tattoo tears for the victims in Libya was one of her points. I agree with you wholeheartedly laakin just because you don't speak out against 100% of all injustices that have befallen our people, does not mean that you can't speak out against any injustice that dadka soomaliyeed face.

The two aren't mutually exclusive to each other so as to speak, yes we can question the bias and intent behind it but also have to acknowledge the validity of speaking out against the injustice in question. Condemning any form of injustice is better than condemning nothing at all , wouldn't you agree ?

Furthermore isn't it contradictory when you selectively choose who to condemn due to qabil basis? Out of the all the threads dedicated to the hero worship of various qabil leaders you chose to only comment on one, can i ask why ?

How is it that you don't have issues with likes of @Gibiin-Udug but you do with @SomaliWadaniSoldier even though they both engage in what you described above ? It defeats the purpose to only target a select group of people and accuse them of double standards yet keep quite about others who act in a similar manner simply because of qabil.

You have to be consistent in your pursuit of justice, apply the same standards and not be biased otherwise you'll only end up with a case of "Qabil relativism" where people of various qabil engage in accusations but refuse to be accountable.

Watching the video confirmed one thing for me and it gave me consolation. But first, the victim who was terrified in her anticipation of every cruel blow to her bleeding body may have died already because I can not imagine someone without medical care surviving that much torture and cruelty. But worse and Allah forbid, she is being raped and held in a cage like a beast and fed unpalatable food by her savage subhuman tormentors. So I pray with all sincerity to Allah to alleviate her pain and give her closure of death to free her or change the hearts of the savages holding her and they let her go. I am not a good muslim but I never engaged in thulm to hurt any human being be they a muslim or non-muslim, so I ask Allah to accept the prayer of someone troubled with a sincere prayer to help that woman and free her from her captors through either a relieving death and reward her with his paraside, or an escape from her captors so she lives and thrives inshallah.

Now my consolation:

Allah promised to fill hell with Humans and Jinni. And the reason for the torment of hell becomes apparent when you watch that video and understand that some human beings deserve an eternal torment in Allah's hellfire.
