It's bit more simplified then that. GM has no administration to pass the funds too, who you going to give it too before a huge war happens? HS is in-accessible due to shabab, they are not in stages of 'development' Khayre is trying to rush them past the 'reconciliation stage' and then 'bottom up approach administration stage' and then 'security' stage. They need to be like that for 10 years at least before even speaking about development. Their idea however is PL/JL hadi wax la siiyo, anaga hanala siiyo, waxasi siyasad miyaa aduunka lala tago, look at your fuckin situation horta maba tahay meel wax la siin karo, as @PuntiteQueen says GO FIX YOUR HOUSE

Marehan thought we were all just picking on them for no reason.

We know Khayre is a HAGist who looks out for his people but what pissed us off is that Farmaajo used the Daarood card to get into power but he just worked hard on undermining Puntland and Jubbaland.

The ironic thing is that his own subclan will suffer the most when Khayre the HAGist gets into power again.

Everything was agreed on and signed last month. And the money belongs to the international community.

This is a transparent move by Kheyre to try and use donor money for his own benefit. I believe the international community will recognize this and move forward with the projects by dealing directly with federal member states and local administrations.

Khayre wants to set up a 'trustee' account for GM/HS and their portions allocated and released when the right conditions are on the ground locally such as shabab removed, law and order, governance is restored, reconciliation, etc.

Right now the conditions are not there for any world bank investment to support them, however Kheyre said well give me GM/HS funds and we will save it for them when they are ready, nice try. He wants to use this fictious trustee account as a way to 'swindle GM nabad and nolal'

I know my abtis and they hate HG and won't allow a cent into GM, they prefer GM fails to show how GM is unsustainable and that it's best hawiye regions should be controlled thru the federal govt. Iyaga is-xasido hawiyuhu gudahooda, they prefer being under Farmajo govt then have another Hawiye have power in the regions, waa sick people but what's sad is how they stall the nation for their clan divisions so you don't see 'ceebtooda'

They do seem to be very clever and insular because they maintained their own area, Dayniile.

I also hear Khayre looks after them very well.

They also seemed to be big supporters of AlShaydan whereas HG are Ahlu Sunnah.

I don't pay attention to inner HAG conflicts but it appears to be Murusade=AlShaydan sympathisers/political mafia vs HG=Ahlu Sunnah HG AND HG mafia.

As in these two groups are deeply in opposition to each other.

Murursade is scared of HG influence in their backyard (Mogadishu) so they use AlShaydan to attack GM (Ahlu Sunnah).

Murursade isn't really lying are they?

HG don't seem to have a legit and reliable elder/leader structure that can be approached/negotiated with during conflict. No "Nabad doons" really and their main mouth pieces act and speak like Mooryaan like Oday Diiriye and Oday Xaaf who both live in stolen houses.

But then again, this is a HAG created problem, they unleashed HG on other Somalis so they must deal with the aftermath.

I also think Khayre is using the Hobyo project to line his own pockets. How many times has he brought Qataris to Hobyo, how many photo-opps and how many cheques have been written?

Whilst HG is fighting amongs themselves, some people are robbing them in broad daylight.

They have one of the world's largest reserves of Uranium, someone needs to slap sense into them walahi.

It would benefit Puntland immensely to have a wealthy, peaceful neighbor to our South.
