Same repeated topic over and over again. Little girls wear Jilbabs in Somalia now because it's the cultural norm now. Parents want to prepare their girls before puberty so they can be comfortable with the clothing once they reach the it.

Most Somali girls have Madow hair & many are insecure about it, hence why they want to hide it.
