Dude there's a difference between slandering indidual women and making a general statement. If I said that there's an epidemic of white prostitutes in London (silly but let's imagine it's true) then does that mean that I have to have witnesses to make these statements? Nope.
That's not how u apply sharia. If that was the case where were the witnesses for Raage's statement?

Nowhere is it acceptable in either the Quran or in the Sunnah of the Prophet PBUH to any innocent women of prostitution, whether singly or in groups. Such accusations levelled at groups of people are no different than those aimed at individuals.
“Verily, those who accuse chaste women, who never even think of anything touching their chastity and are good believers, are cursed in this life and in the Hereafter, and for them will be a great torment” [an-Noor 24:23]
This refers to every chaste woman that is not known to have committed zina and this definition is accepted as such by every theological school universally. At-Tabari RA specifically defined chaste women as those who refrain from zina and are believers in Allah.
This guy's words were "There are high rates of prostitution among somali women in places like Atlanta and other places" - meaning out of all of the Somali women in Atlanta, but many of them are prostitutes. The burden of proof now falls on him to prove that what he said is true. He is being called out on not having statistics, let alone witnesses - if he cannot back up what he said, he needs to be held accountable.
Furthermore, in addition to being lashed for slandering a chaste women, the testimony of such men is expressly forbade from being listened to or accepted for the remainder of their lives. This is from the Quran itself.
Slander is considered a "hudud" offence (from the Arabic word meaning "boundaries" or "limits" - it cannot be pardoned by the individuals involved or by the state. This is a crime that goes directly against the Word of God as it crosses human limits into the domain of the Almighty.

He got butthurt that his non-Muslim AA folks do this(black fathers abandoning their children, having one night stands, black parents having children out of wedlock) and at extremely higher rates too, instead of responding to the issue at hand he deflects it by making up bizarre stats about another community, if you're going to bring a stat about something, make sure it's reliable and truthful.

Honestly, Sheikh Saeed behaved shamefully, embarrassing a community like that during qutba when he could have easily spoke about zina and the dangers in a general manner. Zina is now the norm in nearly every non Muslim community, especially cadaans. They just have better access to sex education and birth control compared to some black people who live in ghetto and poor conditions.
I find it disgusting that Somali women are now paying the price for that Sheikhs comments. Both should be ashamed of themselves. Their behaviour is not what you would expect from a God fearing individual, let alone an imaam/ person of knowlege.

the Somali sheikh made mistake, but we all humans. He took it back and made apology. That should be the end of it. This guy took it to next level and is now saying well you did this and that. You can’t control what others say. But you can control what you say and he should focus on himself

What the sheik said was correct that 75 percent of African American are born through wedlock. This is a proven fact. Zina is growing norm in the west. We have a lot of Somalis children in foster care. this is what the sheik was warning us about. Grandparents are refusing to take care of the children because they don't wanna raise a bastard child. He was partly correct that out of wedlock children are very high in AA community though and it’s one of the reason their family unit is falling apart. what this guy done is far worse. He had the advantage of hearing the Somali guy and not respond dumbness with dumbness, then he has doubled down on his nonsense. The Somali guy just brought them up as an example and it wasn’t that deep for him.
