I don't really understand PCA charts and don't know why a (presumably) small set of markers would place me in the among modern Kalash and Pashtun people or even by ancient Swat Valley samples. The ancient Turk results are also weird, though I'm separated from modern Turkish Pops. I included my African PCA to show where I plot -- on the less-Eurasian end of Somalis.
Can someone who understands PCA charts better than me explain? Can a tiny amount of ancestry/set of markers lead to something this misleading?
