Some of these figures are deceptive, for example the Congolese are more sufficient than what is represented for them. They consume what they make, which in returns means they don't spend money and thus don't produce much GDP. Unlike Somalis who buy and sell goods.

The only country iam supprised on this list is Madagascar since they always have peace and have a high population. And they are not a part of mainland africa so why are they this poor?

I have said it before if you remove all somalis from somalia and you fill somalia with 20 mil japanese-koreans-chinese it would be one of the greatest country in the world and the best in africa.
