Cali Khaliif does not have a mandate to negotiate on behalf of hundreds of thousands. He is a self-appointed, non-elected "leader".

Warya at the end of the day Somaliland has 100% control over both sanaag and sool and at the same time Habar yoonis is majority in sanaag and Habar Jeclo is majority in sool. The faqash propaganda has been debunked since they know the majority in those 2 specific regions are Isaaq.
