This is about the Saleeban Abdalle (Surre) seat in the federal parliament. Qoorqoor has an agreement with Mahad Awad (who has been an MP for 21 years) that he will retain his seat in exchange for bringing Towfiiq under Galmudug but the traditional elders and the people of Towfiiq oppose both.
